When my two year old daughter Febe was diagnosed with celiac  disease, I discovered how hard it was to find kid friendly, gluten free  snacks that the whole family could enjoy.  After many trials, I created  Star Bites.  Every star-shaped bite is packed with a cheesy crunch made  from a unique blend of real Asiago and cheddar cheeses.  And of course they’re gluten free.

STAR BITES a success at 2009 Gluten Free Vendor Fair

FEBE's FOODS, INC. launched star-shaped gluten free cheese cracker, Star Bites, at the 2009 Gluten Free Vendor Fair in Hauppauge, NY, on April 26.  Marilyn Bruno, owner of The Diet Shop, sold these gluten free crackers at her table.  Kids and adults alike said these crunchy, cheesy, gluten free, crackers were reminiscent of Cheez-its.  "These are the best crackers in the world, like Cheez-its, only better," said 9 year old Georgie of Huntington, NY.
